We saw T yesterday. She is absolutely beautiful. She has very dark brown eyes, complete opposite of her brothers. However, they look just alike otherwise. Her hair is getting a little lighter, almost a light brownish golden blonde color. She is very tiny. She had a very cute green sundress on and the label said 12 months. I think 18 months clothes will fit her perfectly. She has very tiny feet, she is quite dainty, much like me, ROTFLOL!
She cried for only a moment when we first saw her, after whale offered her a cookie she quit crying and never did again. I have the cutest picture of the two of them holding hands. He is an awesome big brother. He said he loves her very much. *sniff sniff* it was a very sweet meeting. Anatoli greeted me with a hug and a kiss to the cheek. He was very happy to see us. We talked for only a few minutes and then we went and got T ready to walk a little with us. M went to work on some paperwork, but we got some bad news there. I will tell you adoption people about that in a moment. Back to T, she was very serious the whole day with us, she never laughed, but she did ALMOST smile at Whale one time. We didn't see her this morning because we went the the notary and whale has some diarrhea. Poor baby, we went to the Aneteka (pharmacy) and got some meds for him, so hopefully this evening he will feel better. We all slept pretty good last night. I tell you what though, these beds are so hard. M's bed is literally a board with about 6 - 9 inches of foam on top. Fat people like me don't really like our hip bones grinding into the wood all night. hahaha! I think we will get use to it. I told M this morning the bed was hard and she laughed and said that she really likes a hard bed and any softer hurts her back.
Ok, Adoption wise, we will NOT be home before September 30th. The new SDA has a rule that the orphanage director cannot decide in the first day that a prospective parent is acceptable. He/she needs to take 1-3 days to decide before the letters can be dated and given to the local inspector and the SDA. We will go on Monday to get what we need from him. The letter we need for the inspector and the SDA we did today. We will get his on Monday and then we can send them to the SDA. They require 5 working days to do the letter for the judge. So best case Senario is that we can have court maybe a week from Friday. Then we will wait our 10 days, only on the 11th day we can start her passport and birth certificate. Hoping that will only take 2 days or so, then we can head back to Kiev to the embassy. That takes us right up to the 3oth of September. M ask about waiving the 10 days, and the social worker said the judges would love to be able to do it, but it is just not possible, and even if they do, we could only start paperwork not take her any sooner. So we will see, but it looks like we may be flying home on her birthday.
Speaking of birthdays, Whales is tomorrow, and we are going to go with M and her daughter to Donesk to the Children's center. She said it is like an indoor amusement park. He will love it. Also, we did take whale to McDonald's in Independence square in Kiev the day we caught the train, but he still didn't eat very well. Leanna, we went by Obrien's twice and talked about Larry both times:) as it is his favorite place! We also went to the supermarket yesterday here in Kramatorsk. We also ate at DaVinci, Whale had eggs and rice, I had a wonderful stuffed chicken breast (not chicken Kiev) some kind of cheese and mushrooms and DH had some kind of pork that must have been good. It looked like he licked his plate clean when he was finished.

M and I went to Davinci but we didnt eat just sampled the grape based beverage ;)

Sorry to hear about the delay but after two years I guess another few days is just part of the process.
Why not try V's bed as it wasnt too bad
Ah, DaVinci, my favourite place in Kramatorsk!!!! I loved their eggs and mushrooms. I had their crab salad every day, it's addictive.
